All of my experiences with the staff at Covington Memorial Gardens were positive. Working with the "business" end of the process was efficient and professional. My parents had already purchased part of a burial package, and during my initial meeting with Covington, some months before my mom's passing, all the details were confirmed, and I was made aware of an additional cost that had not been part of the package.
- I also made arrangements for my uncle, who passed two months prior to my mom.
My mom's memorial service was handled well; the gentlemen present were accommodating and provided us with the help and equipment for we needed for set up.

The person with whom I dealt the most was Jeanne Herman. She assisted me during the process and planning for both my uncle and my mother. Her customer service is fabulous! She was tremendously accessible; I would say above and beyond the call of duty. Her manner was kind, caring and genuine. I was fully confident that I could contact her for any matter about which I was concerned or had a question. There were very few concerns, as she anticipated the needs I might have. Due to her service, alone, I would return to Covington Memorial Gardens for needs in the future. I give her my highest recommendation and gratitude. Jeanne is a GEM!

I wish to thank Jeanne Herman for contacting me to update my funeral coverage. I was not aware that my coverage for opening and closing was not covered. So with Jeanne's help we were able to rectify that. I am grateful for her assistance. She was very helpful and explained everything to me so I would understand.
